beko manufactures a wide range of codes based on each customers requirements, in any combination of length, needle diameter and hole diameter. Our code for each needle is based on the anatomy of the needle making it easy to read. The first alphabet specifies the needle radius, the next the point type , the first two digits denotes the needle length in mm, the next two the hole diameter with out the decimal, the last two the needle needle diameter without the decimal.
Eg : DZ 40 55 99 – HR 40 0.99/0.55 – R180409955
D - ½ circle , Z – taper point, 40mm length, 0.55mm Hole diameter ( USP 1), 0.99mm Needle diameter.
